Returns & Refunds 

All artworks sold by Textures Art by Aysh are carefully handmade and quality checked before dispatch.

Due to the nature of original and made-to-order artwork, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
