About the Artist

My name is Ayesha, the artist behind Textures Art by AYSH.

My journey into texture art began through my love of fashion. As someone who has always been drawn to draping, fabric movement, and sculptural forms, I became fascinated by the way simple materials can create depth, emotion, and quiet beauty. What started as an appreciation for the folds of fabric gradually evolved into creating textured artworks by hand.

Every piece is designed and handcrafted in my UK studio using carefully selected materials and a minimalist approach. I am particularly inspired by the elegance of fabric, architectural lines, natural textures, and the beauty found in simplicity. Rather than filling a space with colour or complexity, my work focuses on creating a sense of calm, balance, and stillness.

Each artwork is made slowly and intentionally. From arranging and shaping the materials to building texture by hand, every detail is considered throughout the process. No two pieces are exactly the same, making each artwork unique in its own way.

My aim is to create pieces that feel timeless and peaceful within a home. Whether displayed in a living room, bedroom, hallway, or creative space, I hope my work brings a quiet sense of warmth and reflection to the environments it becomes part of.
